We're looking for someone to join our team as a Staff Dentist who: Works with the Dental Director to develop an effective patient and community education and dental disease prevention program in addition to needed routine clinical services. It is understood that the community’s need for regular clinical services will require much professional time in the provision of chairside services; however, the goal of preventive service will always be kept in sight. Benefits: $76.92 - $91.34 / per hour (Commensurate with experience) Paid CME Relocation reimbursement Loan repayment through the NHSC. Malpractice coverage through the FTCA/Federal Tort Claims Act. Essential Functions : The Staff Dentist’s primary work duty is patient care, which includes the following services: Diagnostic. Preventive. Emergency. Complete restorative. Maintenance therapy. Prosthetic therapy. Oral Surgery In addition to the direct delivery of patient care, the Staff Dentist also assists with the following: Assisting in establishing standards of oral health service and developing an organizational plan to carry our activities. Learn to use provided techniques and methods appropriately. Supervision of dental staff. Representing the clinic in meetings of professional groups. May perform other work-related duties. Intrigued?
