satisfaction. What we are looking for: An outside sales
representative (LA-Based) with a passion for textiles and an
ambition to be part of an exciting sales force that promotes
company culture and strength through collaboration. Sales positions
require equal parts entrepreneurship and diligent follow-up.
Territory: Los Angeles, Orange County (weekly), Las Vegas
(annually) If you're the kind of person who thrives on meeting new
people, making connections, and showing off gorgeous textiles — all
while on the move — then we want to meet you. Holland & Sherry is
looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Outside Sales Rep who’s
ready to hit the ground running (with a rolling suitcase full of
beautiful samples). This is not a management role. It’s a
frontline, client-facing, get-in-your-car-and-go-see-them sales
role. Perfect for someone with a couple years of outside sales
experience who loves the design world and is ready to build their
own book of business. What You’ll Actually Be Doing: Scheduling and
attending face-to-face appointments with top interior designers
throughout Los Angeles and Orange County (at least 1 day per week).
Traveling with a (yes, large!) suitcase of samples — be ready to
lift, carry, and show off our incredible collection. Heading to Las
Vegas once a year to connect with clients and grow our presence
there. Hosting at least 32 in-person or virtual product
presentations per month – with an emphasis on getting out of the
showroom and in front of people. When not on the road, you’ll be
based at our Los Angeles showroom, helping clients, supporting the
team, and following up on leads. Actively building relationships –
by phone, email, and in person – to keep Holland & Sherry top of
mind for every design project. Logging all your activity in our CRM
so we can help you stay organized and successful. You’re a Great
Fit If You: Have 2 years of outside sales experience (interior
design industry not required – but you must love design). Are
comfortable with frequent local travel and don’t mind living out of
your car a little. You love the hustle and the independence. Are
not afraid to pick up the phone. You’re proactive, personable, and
great at following up. Don’t shy away from a physical role – you’ll
be carrying and rolling a sample suitcase, setting up displays,
etc. Are looking to grow your own client base — not take a step
backward from a leadership position. Bring positive energy,
