applications. We are hiring a Business Development Executive,
Construction to own and grow FieldAI’s most strategic construction
customer relationships. This role is responsible for translating
FieldAI’s autonomy, perception, and foundation model capabilities
into measurable business outcomes for large construction
organizations operating in complex, real-world environments. The
Business Development Executive, Construction operates as a trusted
advisor to executive, operational, and technical stakeholders
within construction enterprises. Success comes from deep
understanding of construction workflows, disciplined account
strategy, and the ability to sell emerging technology into
conservative, high-stakes environments where credibility and
results matter. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise
sales, account ownership, and customer outcomes, partnering closely
with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure FieldAI
delivers value in live construction deployments. What You Will Do:
Own a portfolio of strategic construction enterprise accounts and
drive multi-year revenue growth through land, expand, and renew
motions Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through
negotiation and close, engaging executives, operations leaders, and
technical stakeholders Develop account strategies that align
FieldAI’s autonomy, perception, and mapping capabilities with
construction business objectives and operational KPIs Act as the
primary customer owner, coordinating across solutions engineering,
product, and customer success Identify expansion opportunities
across additional deployments, job sites, and construction use
cases Represent FieldAI in executive briefings, on-site meetings,
and construction industry events Provide structured customer
feedback to inform product direction, packaging, and go-to-market
strategy Support and mentor other enterprise sellers as the
construction GTM motion scales What You Bring: 7 years of
enterprise B2B sales experience with consistent quota attainment
Proven success closing complex, high-value deals with large
construction or industrial enterprises Experience selling technical
platforms or infrastructure software into construction, AEC,
industrial, robotics, or physical-world industries Strong executive
presence with the ability to build trust at the VP and C-suite
level Consultative selling approach focused on ROI, operational
outcomes, and long-term partnerships Comfort operating in
ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving products Strong
CRM discipline and data-driven approach to pipeline management and
forecasting What Will Set You Apart: Experience selling emerging or
category-defining technology such as autonomy, robotics, digital
twins, or AI platforms Familiarity with construction workflows,
jobsite operations, or large-scale physical deployments Background
partnering closely with product and engineering teams on technical
solutions Track record of expanding accounts from pilot deployments
to enterprise-wide adoption Experience influencing go-to-market
strategy in an early- or growth-stage company Ability to balance
new logo acquisition with long-term account expansion in strategic
construction accounts Compensation and Benefits Our salary range is
between ($70,000 - $300,000 annual), but we take into consideration
an individual's background and experience in determining final
salary; base pay offered may vary considerably depending on
geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
