application.SUMMARY:The AR and Revenue Analyst will be responsible
for overseeing and analyzing Accounts Receivable and Revenue within
the organization. The AR and Revenue Analyst will process
cancelations and billing adjustments, review AR for collectability,
perform collections for delinquent accounts, work with our outside
collections agency when internal efforts have been exhausted, and
create invoices for ad hoc billing (e.g., E-Rate, CTF, Rural
Healthcare etc.). The AR and Revenue Analyst will analyze revenue
and subscriber trends. They will also work across teams to present
and translate important financial information and assist in company
audits.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities
include but are not limited too are:Ability to accurately prepare
daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reportsProcess
cancellationsResponsible for collectionsAssist in month end close
of the General Ledger (i.e. Adjusting Journal Entries)Compliance
reporting with state and government entities (USAC, CTF,
Etc.)PHYSICAL DEMANDS:--- Must be able to sit for extended periods
of time--- Ability to look at a computer screen for extended
periods of time--- Ability to maintain a composed and professional
demeanor within a flexible and (at times noisy) work

AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 2 solid years in revenue analysis
and/or AR CollectionsTwo-year degree in Accounting, Business, or
related fieldMust have a strong Cost systems background and have
excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting
