Skilled Carpenter We provide general contracting, remodeling services and construction management to the leading businesses and clientele of Ventura, Santa Barbara and West Los Angeles counties.We specialize in Commercial and Residential Contracting in the following areas:Custom Homes, Commercial Tenant Improvement, Restaurants, Medical, Industrial, New Construction, Additions, Remodeling, Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Other Projects Necessary Tools: Set of carpenter bags Measuring tape Hammer Keyhole saw Screwdrivers(flat head,Phillips head) Utility knife Pliers Nail puller Battery operated drill/impact Chalk line Pry bars Skilsaw, sawzall , (not required but a plus if you have them) Must have reliable truck Basic knowledge using hand tools Job site clean up Must be able to lift at minimum 94-100lbs Demolition Tasks you will be performing on a regular basis: Window and door installation Rough framing (wood and metal) Finish carpentry work Casings, baseboards, crown mouldings Load and unload trucks of materials Drywall installation and finish Wood flooring installation Insulation installation Skylight installation Retrofit (residential and commercial) Decking Electrical Plumbing HVAC Painting Dig trenches Set up/tear down scaffolding Concrete Drill hold downs and anchor bolts Saw cut and jackhammer All types of demolitionBenefits: Cell PhoneJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k)Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to FridayWork Location: On the road
