Solugenix is assisting a client, a health insurance company, in their search for a Hyland Onbase System Admin Engineer. This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid/Remote).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience in administering Hyland OnBase systems.
Strong understanding of ECM concepts, document management, and business process automation.
Hands-on experience with OnBase modules such as Workflow, Work View, Unity Forms, and Integration for Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in SQL, Windows Server, and basic network troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hyland OnBase Certification (OCSA, OCWA, or OCSA-W) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with OnBase APIs, scripting, and integration tools.
Familiarity with cloud-based ECM systems and migration strategies.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

Responsibilities: Configure, administer and maintain the Hyland OnBase ECM system, including installation, upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with business units to understand document management requirements and develop tailored OnBase solutions.
Create, maintain, and optimize workflows, document types, user groups, and access rights within OnBase.
Perform regular system health checks, backups, and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity and availability.
Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring effective system usage and adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OnBase components, integrations, and user access.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, support procedures, and system architecture diagrams.
Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to implement new features, integrations, and security updates.
Stay up to date with OnBase product releases, best practices, and industry trends.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $95/hour to $105/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
