Job Description:
A company is looking for a Non-QM Mortgage Closer.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review loan closing documents for accuracy and
compliance with guidelines
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient loan
closings
Balance and disburse loan funds, resolving any outstanding
conditions before funding
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in mortgage closing, preferably in the
Non-QM space
Strong knowledge of Non-QM loan products and mortgage closing
procedures
Experience with loan origination systems and mortgage document
preparation software
Familiarity with TRID, RESPA, and other mortgage compliance
regulations
