Company is seeking well organized, self motivated candidate

Import industry experience is needed to be successful in this role

Import documentation collection, review and processing.

Create and maintain files for arriving shipments.

Facilitate payment to carriers and vendors.

Process billing to customers and agents.

Collect payment for our services.

Customer service for both internal and external customers.

Act as liaison between Co. and agent offices on a daily basis to coordinate inbound shipments.

Coordinate third party vendors involved with the physical shipment handling or shipment paperwork.

Arrange shipment on forwarding to customer's specified destinations.

Investigate and resolve troubled shipments.

Process air import rate requests
