Job Description:

Title: NOC Tier 1 Location: Camarillo, CA Duration: 3 month contract to hire Compensation: $18-21/hour W2 Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the USJob Description: NOC Tasks include but are not limited to a holistic monitoring and triage of the client's network, escalation point for Helpdesk, Assisting Infra Technicians and programming/troubleshooting the logical configuration of network equipment. Skillset / Experience: Helpdesk Escalations Assisting Infrastructure Technicians in the Field Network Triage under Supervision Configure and support routing and switching equipment in the network Create and review MOP's (Method of Procedure) Implement MOP's during a maintenance window Special Projects and "Triad"-based cooperation and assignments Underlying Carrier Support Escalations (Client circuits) Equipment Provisioning Work on Network Audits Weeknight and Weekend On-CallPhysical Demands: Ability to sit for long periods of time Squat, bend, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Competencies: Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.
