The Insurance Clerk is responsible for maintaining updated vehicle insurance information for each loan and corresponding with borrowers and insurance companies via telephone and in writing. - Scans and files related documents. Also performs other administrative tasks as may be assigned.Responsibilities

  • Contact customers via telephone and email to obtain updated insurance information
  • Correspond with insurance companies relating to the above
  • Promote and enroll customers in related services and products
  • Other administrative duties as may be assignedRequirements
    • 2-4 years of customer service experience with excellent verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Excel and Word, and an aptitude for learning new programs
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
    • Highly disciplined and organized, with critical thinking skills
