Job Description:

The Office Clerk will provide support to the accounting department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.Office Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Provide data entry and clerical support
  • Perform clerical tasks such as making copies, scanning, faxing and filing of documents
  • Correspond with company personnel in researching or following up on required documents and information
  • Prepare GPS tracking units and mail as needed
  • Update system for recording tracking unit activity
  • Update excel/Google spreadsheets
  • Assist in creating invoices
  • Other duties as may be assigned Office Clerk Requirements:
    • 1-2 years of clerical experience in an office setting
    • Ability to follow directions, take initiative
    • Highly disciplined and organized
    • Accuracy and attention to detail; critical thinking skills
    • Proficiency in Excel and Word, and an aptitude for learning new programs
    • Previous experience in an office setting preferred
