It's that easy --- Requirements for the ER Nursing Role Minimum 1 year full-time inpatient ER RN experience, including critical care. Must be current and within the past year. This doesn't include school and clinicals. Home health care and corrections facility experience are not applicable for this position. Familiarity with taking pulse of emergency patients, rapid assessment, fluid resuscitation, difficult IV and IO access, sepsis protocol, acute pain medications, and first-hand exposure to ACLS for CVA and ACS.
