Job Description:
The Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting the
Operations Manager in coordinating various aspects of back-office
operations relating to servicing of auto loans. Maintain and
follow-up on various records. Will also handle other areas of
operations as may be assigned.
Operations Assistant Responsibilities:
Correspond with customers, insurance companies and police
departments in researching or following up on required documents
and information
Follow up on existing claims with insurance companies and
customers
Assist with scanning documents
Perform various audits; Audit and receive titles
Prepare and maintain daily reports/schedules in Excel
Other administrative duties as may be assigned
Operations Assistant Requirements:
Highly disciplined and organized, self-starter
Ability to take initiative, with critical thinking skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Ability to speak in Spanish is a plus
