Job DescriptionMANPOWER GROUP is URGENTLY HIRING for FABRICATORS/WELDERS in CAMARILLO, CA - START ASAP - WEEKENDS OFF - GET YOUR PAY EVERY WEEK - FULLY VACCINATED REQUIRED - NON-SMOKER - $24-32/hourWhat's in it for you?* Pay rate: $24-32/hour* FULL TIME JOB* MON-FRI SCHEDULE* WEEKENDS OFF* GET YOUR PAY EVERY WEEK* HIRED IMMEDIATELY* 4-6 MONTHS CONTRACT DURATION* Higher chance of being a Regular Employee* Opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 companyWhat is the job?* Read, understand, and build parts from prints.* Cut and weld Stainless Steel, Aluminum and/or steel material to print (TIG).* Use Conventional Lathe and Mill to machine parts, drill holes and slot holes to print.* Assemble welded and machined parts to finished equipment.* Mount air cylinders & solenoid valves and route airlines appropriately from pneumatic prints.* Shear and bend sheet metal for equipment panels, boxes and tanks.* Work closely with Engineering and other shop employeesWhat do you need to bring?* Read prints.* Read Tape measure and calipers.* Sheet metal experience with shear, press brake and Box & Pan Brake* Use grinders and other metal finishing equipment.* TIG welding experience with thin (18 ga) up to 3/8" thick material.* Experience machining parts using a conventional Mill and Lathe.* Experience with Pneumatics (air cylinders and solenoid valves).* Experience using a Waterjet a plus.Education and/or Experience * Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in a similar position preferred.* Must have good English Language and verbal communication skills.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Any required lifting over 50 pounds is to be performed as a team, using any appropriate tools to assist; including lifts, cranes, carts, etc. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
