Job Description:

The Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in coordinating various aspects of back-office operations relating to servicing of auto loans. Maintain and follow-up on various records. Will also handle other areas of operations as may be assigned. Operations Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with customers, insurance companies and police departments in researching or following up on required documents and information
  • Follow up on existing claims with insurance companies and customers
  • Assist with scanning documents
  • Perform various audits; Audit and receive titles
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports/schedules in Excel
  • Other administrative duties as may be assigned Operations Assistant Requirements:
    • Highly disciplined and organized, self-starter
    • Ability to take initiative, with critical thinking skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Excel and Word
    • Ability to speak in Spanish is a plus
