Job Description:

The Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in coordinating various aspects of back-office operations relating to servicing of auto loans. Maintain and follow-up on various records. Will also handle other areas of operations as may be assigned. Operations Assistant Responsibilities:Correspond with customers, insurance companies and police departments in researching or following up on required documents and information Follow up on existing claims with insurance companies and customers Assist with scanning documentsPerform various audits; Audit and receive titlesPrepare and maintain daily reports/schedules in ExcelOther administrative duties as may be assigned Operations Assistant Requirements:Highly disciplined and organized, self-starterAbility to take initiative, with critical thinking skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAccuracy and attention to detailStrong oral and written communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Excel and WordAbility to speak and write in Spanish is a plusBachelor's degree or relevant work experiencePM19PI154422691
