Restoring Families.--Responsibilities: The Supervisor, Facilities position is responsible for maintaining off site properties, purchasing, inventory as well as Supervising the Housekeeping Department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Supervising, developing and maintaining the Housekeeping Department (both personnel and outside services).* Shipping and receiving of supplies and mail* Sorting and distributing mail and packages* Swag inventory* Swag distribution* Maintaining off site properties* Maintaining company vehicles* Offsite purchasing* Fulfilling campus supply orders (work orders)* Reconciling purchasing records* Offsite repairs* Fulfilling uniform inventory and requests* Embroidering needs* Scheduling onsite repairs and assisting with small repairs.* Working with vendors and contractors for ordering and inventorying supplies.* Maintaining MSDS records, JCO and DCF Compliance* Preparing campus for expansions* Placing and relocating furniture* Organizing maintenance building* Assisting with campus preparation for events and inspectionsQualifications: * Minimum one year of supervisory experience.* Knowledge of preventive maintenance.Newport Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
