Job Description Job Description Description: 4M Dental Implant Center is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented and quality focused Dental Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating high-quality dental implant prosthetics using both traditional and digital workflows. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of dental materials and manufacturing techniques. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate and finish high-quality full arch prosthetics (including PMMA, acrylic, and titanium bars) following guided protocols and doctor preferences. Review, verify, printing, or milling, ensuring all standards are met for fit, aesthetics, and occlusion. Collaborate with dentists and specialists to ensure prosthetics meet patient needs. Perform finishing and polishing of dental prosthetics to achieve optimal aesthetics and function. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Keep accurate records of casework and materials used in fabrication. Stay up to date with advancements in dental technology and materials. Requirements: Certification or degree in Dental Laboratory Technology or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental lab setting. Proficient in working with acrylic materials and 3D printing technologies. Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and materials. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. This is a full-time position based in our Long Beach, CA Home Support Office, Mon- Fri 5am - 1:30pm
