Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing and lab equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and utility system issues during overnight operations Support equipment reliability and uptime in a cGMP-regulated, ISO-classified cleanroom environment Conduct repairs in aseptic cleanrooms with strict adherence to GMP protocols Maintain and troubleshoot aseptic filling lines , including BTC (bottle tip cap), cartridge, and syringe systems Accurately document maintenance activities in CMMS Provide mechanical and electrical support for production systems and facility infrastructure Required Experience 2–4 years in industrial, manufacturing, or plant maintenance Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems Experience with AC/DC electrical systems Ability to work independently overnight Comfortable working in a cGMP pharmaceutical or medical device environment Preferred Experience Autoclaves, steam systems, RO/WFI water systems, HVAC Hands-on experience with aseptic filling equipment (BTC, cartridge, syringe lines) Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing Compensation & Benefits $38–$48/hour 15% night shift differential Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) retirement plan Voluntary insurance options, including Pet Insurance Generous paid time off Consistent overnight schedule (no rotating shifts) Step into a role where your skills safeguard patients and keep vital medicines moving.
