Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A position is
available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specialized in
pediatrics, serving students across multiple grade levels including
K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. This role is based in Wilmington, DE, within a
school setting, on a contract basis. Key Qualifications: Valid SLP
certification with experience in pediatric settings Proven skills
in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language
disorders in children Comfort working with a diverse student
population across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels
Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other
professionals to support student communication goals
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations to
determine student needs Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans for students from kindergarten through high school
Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based techniques
Document progress and adjust interventions as required Communicate
effectively with school staff and families to support student
