Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Mission Hills, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,370 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/1/2026 About the Position Job Title: ER Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience of 2 years - Pediatric population experience is required Description: This position requires an experienced ER registered nurse. The nurse will work in a general emergency department that serves a diverse patient population. The daily census of visits ranges from 250 to 340. Nurses will manage patients with a variety of conditions such as trauma, strokes, and respiratory infections. Experience with common emergency procedures and equipment is necessary. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, triage, and implementing care plans. The role includes managing IV lines, administering medications, and conducting necessary diagnostic tests. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential for optimal patient care. All travelers are expected to float between facilities within a given state, as part of the assignment. Providers must commit to working three of the five major holidays throughout the contract. References from supervisory staff are required prior to the start of the assignment. Candidates must disclose any background or license hits during the submission process. Travelers are expected to abide by all facility policies and procedures.
