guaranteed hours: 36 Job Description Elitecare Medical Staffing is
seeking a dedicated House Supervisor for a travel nursing
assignment in Alturas, CA. This position plays a critical role in
ensuring high-quality patient care and effective management of
nursing staff within the skilled nursing facility (SNF). Key
Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between the Director of Nursing
(DON) and SNF nursing staff. Oversee the quality of nursing care
and ensure compliance with physician orders. Manage staffing
schedules, payroll, and disciplinary actions for nursing personnel.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies, staff
orientation, and educational programs. Collaborate with medical
staff and administration to enhance patient care services. Assist
in budget management and ensure compliance with licensing
requirements. Qualifications Active California Registered Nurse
(RN) license. Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification. 3 to 5 years of progressive nursing leadership
experience, preferably in long-term care. Proficient in Microsoft
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Dependable and organized, with strong
communication skills. Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in
a long-term care facility required. Work Location In-person
