Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Valid state nursing license required Certifications: CPI, NIHSS, ACLS Must-Have: CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute in-hand when applying. EPIC experience must be noted in the work history. Two supervisor references required when applying. Description: Immediate start for a 12-hour day shift position within a float pool. The role involves floating to multiple facilities as needed. The nurse will provide care in all stepdown, telemetry, and med/surg patient care areas, both inpatient and outpatient. The role caters to high acuity, high volume, and high turnover environments. Previous charge experience is preferred. The nurse will work primarily on MS/Tele floors, and PCU experience is a plus. Telemetry and phlebotomy skills are essential for this role. Daily census is approximately 6 patients per shift. Candidates must be flexible and able to take on various assignments as needed. All candidates must comply with vaccination requirements for COVID-19 and influenza. No exemptions are allowed for vaccine requirements.
