Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Acute Care – Bakersfield,
California Start Date: January 26, 2026 Location: Bakersfield,
California Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3 Night Shifts and 1 Day Shift available; full-time
Highlights: Provide independent nursing care to acutely ill
patients in a dynamic hospital environment Work with Cerner EMR
system to document and coordinate patient care Collaborate with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, Advanced

Participate in evidence-based practice initiatives and continuous

night shift opportunities Requirements: Valid and unrestricted
State of California Registered Nurse License Graduation from an
accredited registered nursing program; Bachelor's or Associate
degree preferred Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing experience
required Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Demonstrated knowledge
and experience with Cerner EMR system Strong understanding of
nursing theory, medical terminology, and medication administration
