Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 7 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Physical Therapist (PT) in Lompoc, CA: Job Summary: Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) Lompoc, CA - Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients with a variety of diagnoses. - Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life. - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to optimize patient care. - Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. - Supervise and direct support staff, such as physical therapy assistants and aides, as needed. - Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to physical therapy practice. - Contribute to a positive, compassionate, and patient-centered clinical environment. - May require occasional weekend or evening hours, depending on patient needs.
