What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Regional Float Pool LVN/LPT/LPN provides recovery-focused
services related to the safe and appropriate administration of
medical treatment (including medications), as prescribed by the
physician. Regional Float Pool employees work assigned shifts in
multiple program types with unique licensing requirements,
settings, and populations and is required to adapt quickly and work
effectively with multiple staff teams and staff functions and
roles. This requires individuals to adapt to various documentation
requirements and platforms.
Your role will cover Telecare's program needs throughout the
California Central Coast.
Full Time; Shift Hours and Days vary as needed
Telecare proudly participates in wage transparency. Staffing Float
Pool full wage range is $30.98 - $45.58.
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The
pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic
location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is
commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum
requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
High school diploma or GED
Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician
(LPT) that is valid and in good standing with the board
Must be willing to work at any assigned shift at any program in
designated region
Experience providing care in multiple program types and various
populations
Demonstrated knowledge of program types, licensing, and
documentation requirements
Experience in multiple documentation software or platforms
Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance
with your name listed as a driver.
