What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Regional Float Pool Residential Counselor provides direct and
indirect services to both individuals and groups of members served.
Regional Float Pool employees work assigned shifts in multiple
program types with unique licensing requirements, settings, and
populations and is required to adapt quickly and work effectively
with multiple staff teams and staff functions and roles. This
requires individuals to adapt to various documentation requirements
and platforms.
Your role will cover Telecare's program needs throughout California
Central Coast.
Telecare proudly participates in wage transparency. Staffing Float
Pool full wage range is $19.04 - $26.85
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The
pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic
location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is
commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum
requirements.
