Home Instead is a non-medical senior care organization that specializes in companionship and personal care for seniors and special need patients residing in their private residence or in a facility. We are looking for CARING and COMPASSIONATE individuals with or without experience in this field to become a part of our Home Instead family and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Compensation: $14-$16/hr depending on experience$500 Sign on Bonus if HCA registeredGuaranteed Hours$500 CAREGiver Referral Bonuses$1,000 Client Referral BonusesPaid TrainingPaid Sick PayOver time hours available Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Meal Preparation
• Medication reminders
• Errands
• Assistance to & from appointments
• Activities of Daily Living such as dressing, grooming, feeding, incontinence care, and transferring
• Specialized care such as Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Requirements to be a Caregiver:
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and special needs clients with dignity and respect
  • Available on the weekends
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance, must be able to drive What you need to be a CAREGiver:
    • Ability to care for seniors in a positive way to keep them happy and safe
    • Complete a criminal background check, drug screen and DMV driving record check
