    Key Responsibilities:
    
    • 
      
    • Build and manage a high-performing, engaged membership team
      
    • Meet project and department goals within budget
      
    • Enforce club policies and procedures
      
    • Recruit, interview, and recommend hiring candidates
      
    • Drive service and fitness results through relationship building and team development
      
    • Plan and coordinate club functions to maximize profitability
      
    • Recruit, train, and develop team members, positioning them for success
      
    • Mentor club leaders through coaching and accountability
      
    • Address obstacles to ensure outstanding member and team experiences
      
    • Guide department goals and strategies
      
    • Promote cross-training and continuous learning
      
    • Foster a culture of teamwork and inclusivity
      
    • Collaborate with partners to grow the member community
      
      Minimum Qualifications:
      
      • 
        
      • 3-5 years of management experience supervising 3-10 employees
        
      • 5-7 years in retail, hospitality, or operations with high team turnover
        
      • Experience managing P&L and analyzing reports
        
      • Proven ability to rebuild or create effective teams
        
      • Excellent communication skills
        
      • Experience turning around underperforming departments
        
      • Strategy implementation and delegation skills
        
      • High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
        
      • CPR and AED certification required
        
      • Bilingual skills are a plus
        
        Physical Requirements:
        Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, and wear a clean uniform.
