The ideal candidate has extensive experience within the Salesforce platform, as well as management experience. Job Requirements:

• Proven success as a team leader, including supervising, coaching, and mentoring teams
• Collaborate with multiple sources, including stakeholders, to developer solutions and recommendations
• Coach others and encourage personal development
• Help to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution
• Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key pointsBasic Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience within the Salesforce platform as an Administrator, Developer, or Consultant
  • Proven experience as a leader, with direct reports
  • Proficiency performing in functional and technical capacities
  • Software configuration, Apex coding, Visualforce coding
  • One or more of the following Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, PD1, Sales/Service ConsultantSalary is negotiable based on experience ($150k-$165k) with a comprehensive benefits package, which will include: 401k match, dental, vision, medical and more.
