GoAllClear.com.SummaryThe Facilities and EHS Manager is responsible
for the implementation and administration of all Safety, Health and
Environmental policies and safe practices, ultimately achieving
full compliance with local, state, federal and company regulations
utilizing lean manufacturing principles to ensure a model safety
culture and working environment. This is a multi-site role based
out of Camarillo, CA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Under
general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job
duties including, but not limited to: --- Maintain facilities
across the Engineered Products Division. Implement continuous
improvement projects and manage capital spending for facility
upgrades and improvements. --- Lead production maintenance
technician activities across all sites including preventative
maintenance.--- Improve 6S and establish sites as a model for
visual workplace. --- This role will improve all human to machine
interfaces, ensure the layouts enable efficient flow and ergonomics
are optimized for health and safety of the workforce. --- Champions
organizational compliance, evaluating workplace environments,
equipment and practices of all safety standards.--- Responsible for
developing, implementing, managing and maintaining EHS programs,
procedures, practices and training for the sites---
Analyze/interpret safety metrics to proactively target and
eliminate injuries through the development and execution of
strategic reduction plans--- Lead environmental and safety
compliance initiatives to ensure sites are always prepared for
regulatory audits and inspections. Interface with regulatory
authorities before, during, and after audits and inspections; serve
as primary point of contact for all EH&S related audit
functions.--- Manage and lead all facets of established and new
programs including audits, incentive programs, scheduled employee
health assessments, PPE programs, recurring safety training and new
hire safety orientation.--- Assist managers in the development and
effective execution of training in worksite safety practices, fire
prevention, correct ergonomics, and safe machine operation.---
Oversee incident/accident reporting and lead investigations for
incident/accidents and ensure timely completion of Root Cause
Corrective Action (RCCA).--- Conduct Risk Assessments (PHA, Haz
Ops, What If's) and Job Hazard Analysis for existing and new
equipment, processes and conditions. Detect existing or potential
accident and health hazards, determine corrective or preventative
measures where indicated, and follow up to ensure measures have
been implemented.--- Utilize 3C (Concern, Cause, Countermeasure)
methodology to identify safety hazards on a daily basis. Champion
countermeasures to address concerns--- Maintain EHS safety files
and records.--- Performs other related duties as assignedIn

Environmental Health Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related
