POSITION SUMMARY Under direction from the Executive Director of Human Resources, the HR Project Management Specialist/Trainer is responsible for planning, overseeing, leading HR projects from the beginning to completion while working with various stakeholders to ensure goals are met. This role will develop company-wide metrics which detail improvements, return on investment and improved retention/satisfaction aided and enhanced by training objective and goals. This role is also responsible for design, implementation and facilitation of internal training programs required for the Plan to comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Using authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia (or similar), this role will design, develop, deliver, and maintain instructor led and web-based curriculum that meets company requirements and training needs to optimize the retention and development within the Plan. This role will also manage and administer the Plan's Learning Management System (LMS) and LinkedIn Learning platforms. This role will work with Plan leadership to ensure diversity awareness and sensitivity continues to remain a priority and at a high standard of visibility throughout the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Project management responsibilities: Partners with the Executive Director, HR to ensure HR goals/objectives are met Teams with the HR team and leadership to project manage ongoing and cyclical projects such as open enrollment, performance review process, merit planning, and total rewards Responsible for ad-hoc projects and facilitating HR staff meetings and Plan-wide All-hands meetings. Works closely with leadership, provide status of projects and bring to light any challenges. Prepares materials and presents to CEO and Executive Team on All-Staff meeting and other key projects on a bi- monthly basis Run monthly data analytics for HR dashboard including attrition, internal transfers, top talent, employee relations trends etc. Training Responsibilities: Review all proposed legislation and regulations and implement appropriate training in support of all employee relation compliance related requirements. Oversee and administer LinkedIn Learning platform and Litmos Learning Management System (LMS) Utilization of technology and training methodologies and strategies to ensure timely, meaningful, and appropriate training and development for all levels of the organization Develop, design, and deliver instructor led classroom and web-based curriculum. Design Leadership curriculum and bi-monthly training for new managers Work with Executive Team to assist in development of training programs as they enhance and develop employment levels within the organization Support Chief Diversity Officer in implementing awareness and sensitivity programs to enhance overall awareness and meet compliance needs within the organization. Create and present training programs May assist with regulatory and compliance training Benchmarking of training trends POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Project Management - Ability to organize and direct a project to completion. Strategic Planning - Ability to develop a vision for the future and create a culture in which the long-range goals can be achieved. Excellent Data Analysis and data analytics skills are critical. Able to transform data into information. Excellent Multi-tasking and prioritization skills. SKILL S & ABILITIES Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) preferred. Field of Study: training, education and/or Human Resources preferred. Experience: 3 plus years of experience in training, presentation, or development role a plus. Computer Skills: Project management- Microsoft Project PowerPoint - expert Excel - expert Word Authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline and Camtasia a plus Experience with ADP reports and managing a Learning Management System helpful Other Requirements: Knowledge of: understanding of Lesson Plans, ability to Structure Agendas, Training format, work in PowerPoint presentations a priority Reasonable Accommodations Statement To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily.
