Manager to oversee our fabrication department and ensure the
highest quality of our products. Responsibilities: Lead and manage
the fabrication team to ensure efficient production processes from
initial design to final product. Oversee the selection and
procurement of materials, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
Develop and implement fabrication schedules to meet production
deadlines. Coordinate with other departments, including design and
logistics, to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure compliance
with safety standards and regulations within the fabrication
department. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in fabrication
techniques and processes. Qualifications: Proven experience as a
Fabrication Manager or similar role in the manufacturing sector,
preferably in entertainment production. Strong knowledge of
fabrication processes, materials, and technology. Excellent
leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to
work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree
in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related
