Job Description:
Job Description - Performs individual and team roles supporting
all contractual security requirements for DOD Programs. Provide
PERSEC support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP programs. - Conduct
security investigations, indoctrinations, debriefs, and visitor
control. - Maintain the fundamental security requirements defined
by the customer/company and program. - Maintain personnel security
files for all cleared personnel. - Maintain daily logs, tracking
spreadsheets, and local databases for PERSEC activities. - Prepare,
process, and review Program Access Requests (PARs) for accuracy and
access eligibility. - Develops and conducts security education
classes. Investigates security violations and prepares reports
specifying preventive action to be taken. - Candidate must be able
to create presentations and training, write/develop/implement
procedures, and provide excellent customer service. - Process Visit
Authorization Requests (VARs) using DISS and/or JADE - Collect,
review, and submit foreign travel, foreign contact, and foreign
activity reports in accordance with SEAD 3 reporting requirements -
Ensure timely updates to government systems and notify appropriate
U.S. Government representatives of reportable activities. Basic
Qualifications - Current Top Secret/SCI clearance. - Knowledge and
a minimum 2 years experience of industrial security. - Ability to
operate in a very high tempo environment. - Effective verbal and
written communication skills. - Detailed oriented with strong
analytical, communication and organizational skills. - Ability to
develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and
external customers. - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint. Desired skills - Demonstrated ability to effectively
communicate with senior level internal and external stakeholders on
significant matters often requiring coordination between
organizations. - Technical understanding of DISS, Scattered
Castles, JADE and other personnel security systems. - The ability
to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed
security recommendations and decisions on a daily basis. -
Experience with DoD 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule) DoDM 5200.01,
5205.07 and SEADs as well as other Directives including IC. -
Ability to work as a team member while simultaneously functioning
independently and accepting responsibility for assigned actions. -
Must be able to relate to a diversified customer base and be
knowledgeable of DoD operations. - Proven ability to contribute to
teamwork, cohesion, and proactive problem-solving. - Experience
with routinely handling, transporting, documenting, and accounting
for classified material. - Developing solutions to problems of

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$57,400 - $101,200. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $66,000 - $114,425. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
