for a dedicated Graveyard Veterinary Receptionist to be the
welcoming face and voice for our clients during the late-night

companions feel at ease. What You'll Do As a Graveyard Veterinary
Receptionist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth
operations during our overnight shifts. Your responsibilities will
include: Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and
professionalism. Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments,
and addressing inquiries. Managing patient records and ensuring
accurate documentation. Assisting with check-ins and check-outs for
emergency visits. Collaborating with the veterinary team to provide
exceptional client service. Maintaining a clean and organized
reception area. What We're Looking For We’re searching for a
candidate who brings a blend of excellent customer service skills
and a passion for animals. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in
this role: Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a
customer-facing role (veterinary or medical office experience
preferred). Skills : Strong communication and organizational
abilities, with a calm demeanor under pressure. Availability :
Willingness to work overnight shifts. Mindset : A team player with
