Job Description:

The Administrative Clerk will provide support by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This clerk position will be responsible for reviewing, preparing and reconciling accounts sent to external collection agencies on behalf of the company.Administrative Clerk Responsibilities:Provide data entry and clerical supportPerform clerical tasks such as making copies, scanning, faxing and filing of documentsCorrespond with company personnel in researching or following up on required documents and informationPrepare GPS tracking units and mail as neededUpdate system for recording tracking unit activityUpdate excel/Google spreadsheetsAssist in creating invoicesOther administrative duties as may be assigned Administrative Clerk Requirements:Ability to follow directions, take initiativeHighly disciplined and organized; self-starterAccuracy and attention to detail; critical thinking skillsAbility to perform filing and record keeping tasksProficiency in Excel and Word, and an aptitude for learning new programsPrevious experience in an office setting preferredAbility to type 40 WPM minimum PM19Powered by JazzHRPI187383370
