Job Description:
The Office Clerk will provide support to the accounting
department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical
tasks.
Office Clerk Responsibilities:
Provide data entry and clerical support
Perform clerical tasks such as making copies, scanning, faxing and
filing of documents
Correspond with company personnel in researching or following up on
required documents and information
Prepare GPS tracking units and mail as needed
Update system for recording tracking unit activity
Update excel/Google spreadsheets
Assist in creating invoices
Other duties as may be assigned
Office Clerk Requirements:
1-2 years of clerical experience in an office setting
Ability to follow directions, take initiative
Highly disciplined and organized
Accuracy and attention to detail; critical thinking skills
Proficiency in Excel and Word, and an aptitude for learning new
programs
Previous experience in an office setting preferred
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
