Job Description Job Description A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Medicare HMO Biller to join its corporate billing team. This role is responsible for managing Medicare Advantage (HMO) claims and ensuring timely, accurate reimbursement for skilled nursing facility services. Responsibilities: Process and submit Medicare HMO claims accurately and timely Work with multiple Medicare Advantage plans and understand plan-specific requirements Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, or denied claims and resolve discrepancies Review EOBs and remittance advice to ensure correct reimbursement Coordinate with facilities, case management, and admissions teams as needed Maintain accurate billing records and aging reports Ensure compliance with Medicare and payer regulations Qualifications: Previous experience billing Medicare HMO/Medicare Advantage claims required Skilled Nursing Facility billing experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of authorization requirements and payer rules Ability to analyze denials and appeal when appropriate Proficiency with billing systems and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts What We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience Full-time, stable position in a corporate setting Supportive billing leadership and collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow within a healthcare organization IND123
