DutiesSupervise assigned accounts to identify unresolved
debts.Communicate by phone with customers on a regular basis for
collectionsDevelop effective repayment plans.Follow-up with clients
on overdue accounts.Oversee all monthly payments and
refunds.Research and implement effective collection
techniques.Perform all administrative duties related to ensuring
office efficiency.Work with the team to develop and implement an
escalation process for accounts that are non-responsive.Respond to
client account queries in a timely and professional manner.Contact
customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the
overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in
installments.Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid
accounts and any repayment progress.Skills and Qualifications2+
years experience in a similar role.Strong understanding of billing
and collection processes.Outstanding communication and
interpersonal skills.Strong Excel Skills (pivot tables, vlookups
.)Be willing to work in a team environment.Highly-skilled in
negotiation.In-depth knowledge of laws and policies related to debt
collection.Good administrative skills.Good listening
skillsCommunication skillsMust pass a background check.For
applicants located in California, the salary range for this
full-time role is expected to be $21.50-$26.50. This range is a
reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation
package. Please note Rently reserves the right to pay more or less
than the posted range, depending on the candidate's experience and
qualifications, and that the expected salary range may be different
for candidates located outside of California.
